About the Program
A 10-Week In-Person Experience of Mind, Body & Spirit Integration
This program is designed to help you:
Gently identify the patterns and beliefs that are keeping you disconnected
Understand your nervous system and how it shapes your experience of life
Use somatic tools, meditation, and movement to release stored emotions
Build lasting awareness and capacity in your body
Rediscover your true self—and start living from that place
Each two hour session includes:
A guided teaching or lecture
Reflective prompts or sharing
Nervous system education
A movement practice or somatic release technique
Space for integration

This journey is both gentle and powerful.
As we explore the body’s intelligence, we begin to understand that our emotions, patterns, and stories live within us—often unconsciously—and can be softened, witnessed, and released through intentional presence and movement.
We will build week by week, creating a foundation of nervous system awareness and safety. Over time, as capacity grows, a deeper sense of wholeness becomes available. This is the path to embodied authenticity—where mind, body, and soul operate in harmony.
Witnessing THE TRANSFORMATION
To honour the depth of this work, each participant will complete a simple self-assessment at Week 1, Week 10, and one year after the program. This is not to measure “progress,” but to give space for reflection and witness the changes that unfold through consistent somatic practice.

YOUR GUIDE ON YOUR JOURNEY OF SELF-DISCOVERY
I have been on a deep dive of self discovery since taking the leap of faith in 2015, quitting my 9-5 job and traveling to Ecuador for a life changing yoga training. I felt called to look inward and heal my inner wounds so that I could help guide others to do the same and I do this through Somatics, Movement, and Breathwork.
