I’m Angie


I’m a trauma-informed Yoga, Breath, and Somatic facilitator based in Edmonton. Movement has always been my first language — I began dancing at three years old and spent most of my childhood in the studio and competing onstage. After a short-lived career as a cruise ship dancer, I discovered yoga in 2008 and instantly felt at home in the practice.

My healing journey began in 2016 and after experiencing birth trauma with my son in 2022, I was called into profound nervous system healing. That experience transformed not only my life, but the way I now hold space for others.

Today, I guide people back into their bodies through somatic practices, breathwork, self-myofascial release, visualization, and embodied movement. I love to create supportive spaces where mind, body, and spirit can reconnect, old wounds can gently surface, and true restoration can begin.

Grounded in my own experience with clinical therapy, personal research, and restorative practices, I bring compassion, empathy, and deep respect for each individual’s unique journey.

I believe healing is not about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering who you are. When we reconnect with our nervous system and our bodies, we gain the freedom to live fully, authentically, and alive.
