Somatic Sanctuary
This two-hour workshop blends two of YEGYOGI’s signature modalities into an intentional experience that supports balance, presence, and embodied awareness.
Somatic Slow Flow — A mindful movement practice that invites you to soften and attune to your body’s natural rhythms. Through intentional sequences and breath-led exploration, we will release unnecessary tension, and build strength from the inside out. The focus isn’t on forcing shapes and poses, but on sensing, adapting, and moving in ways that support how your body actually lives and moves, on and off the mat.
Yin & Myofascial Release — opens the deeper layers, where long-held postures, mindful self-release and targeted myofascial release techniques help melt through resistance and restore fluidity to the tissues of the body. Together, these practices dissolve layers of holding, and create space for profound release and relaxation.
Whether you’re seeking replenishment, relief from stress, or a deeper connection with yourself, Somatic Sanctuary offers a spacious container where the body remembers its ease and the mind softens its grip. All levels are welcome. This is a practice of returning home to your body.

This class ebbs and flows through moments of high energy, stability and raw expression. Expect deep muscular burn, grounded repetition, and moments of release, all set to a curated playlist that moves you from the inside out.
