This process can be intimidating and overwhelming to attempt alone, especially after a lifetime of suppression. You will be equipped with Somatic tools, practices and a trustworthy, regulated guide to show you the way. We were never meant to fear and numb out our feelings. We were meant to be touched by them, to be transformed and renewed.

I have been on a deep dive of self discovery since taking the leap of faith in 2015, quitting my 9-5 job and traveling to Ecuador for a life changing yoga training. I felt called to look inward and heal my inner wounds so that I could help guide others to do the same and I do this through Somatics, Movement, and Breathwork.
